Xbox series X UK stock – live: Who could restock Microsoft’s console before Christmas?

The launch of Microsoft’s new Xbox One X video game console could be disrupted by insufficient stock of the device.

Xbox One X has been available on pre-order for some weeks, but a second stream of the game console’s UK launch is set to go live at 10am on Saturday October 14, at the exact same time, at Gamescom in Cologne, Germany.

Users hoping to pre-order the device before then will have to sit tight until midnight on Friday or Saturday, although at 10am it is unknown how long stores may have stock.

One UK gamer has taken to social media to vent his frustrations, causing a massive online stir.
